While perusing online recently, I came across a brief article on hip stretches, which I myself have been using for a number of years now. Like runners, traceurs often suffer from tight hip flexors because of the nature of our art-form and the way in which we train. Having a reliable set of hip stretches, particularly on hard training days, can help balance out the body and save you from the possibility of injuries brought on by muscle tension.
