Casting director Maryellen Aviano has chosen parkour practitioner Pip Andersen out of ~15,000 hopefuls who auditioned for the next Star Wars installment. The speculative role may be for Thomas: male, 19-23, handsome, smart, athletic. We'll see what that's all about in the film which is set to be released in 2015 by Walt Disney Studios, Lucasfilm, and Bad Robot. Lucasfilm President and producer Kathleen Kennedy says, "The Star Wars universe has always been about discovering and nurturing young talent and in casting Episode VII we wanted to remain absolutely faithful to this tradition".
