Now we know Ninja Warrior is not parkour, but there's enough cross pollination there for us to feature it on our site every once and a while, & this is one of those times. The first indoor ninja warrior course on the island of Ireland has opened in Belfast, and they called non other then Belfast-based parkour coach, Paul Allen, who was a finalist in the first series of Ninja Warrior UK to christen the baby with an initial run alongside Q Radio presenter, Ibe Sesay.
