RocPK 2.0 Needs Our Help!

Rochester Parkour’s first gym was built in 2011, funded by a mere 6,000 dollars from co-founder Charles Moreland.  Despite the small budget, RocPK grew into an exceptional training and teaching space- the first dedicated parkour gym in New York State.

Now, the owners are looking to expand into a larger space, and are turning to the community for support.  Using Indiegogo as a platform to raise funding, they have already reached over $8,000 of their $12,000 goal.  They have 12 days left to reach their final goal, and every single donation counts. If the original RocPK gym was funded by only $6,000, just imagine what Rochester Parkour could create with a budget of twice that size.  As the first parkour-dedicated training facility in New York, and as an important resource to all traceurs upstate, it’s important that the NY community step up to support and encourage this project.

If you are willing to spend a few dollars for a good cause, you can go to the Indiegogo page HERE to donate- as a bonus, all donations are rewarded.  If you’re short on money and would like to support the project in another way, you can help spread the word by sharing this article or the Indiegogo project page.

New York, let’s help make this happen!
