The office recently featured some "hardcore parkour" on a recent episode. It plays out like the many inside jokes we have about what parkour looks like. Make sure to watch it.
Just got the word from Fox, they'll be airing another piece on us in the sports extra segment, at 10:30 tonight. Ill get the vid up ASAP. Thats channel 5 for the locals, youtube later for everyone else probably.

Fox ran a piece about "parkour" featuring NYPK live yesteday morning. Watch it here.
Zach is in the UK, and hes running a vlog of his trip which isn't 100% parkour, but a nice inside look at one of the hubs of the international Parkour community.
Here's a nice video, which feels like a throwback to the days of big moves, as opposed to the tech/flow movement thats been huge lately. Im not saying you should go off and start taking huge drops! Im not.
There's a Thursday evening class in the works. It's going to be the same deal as Wednesday's class. Email to reserve, cash only, it will start at 6:30PM. More news as we work out the details.
