Why doesn't he show face anymore? What is his problem? Does he think he is better than everyone else? Of course I do. anyways.... I wish I could get down to the city and train more often but my hours for work are random, and I'm training for a half Ironman so most of my spare time is spent specifically training for that, and I get strength conditioning in when I can. I mistaked PKNY for the wrong weekend, otherwise I would have been there. Today's workout was a ton of tempo running so I'm going to go gorge on some high calorie food!!!
